More than 60 days before arrival
Full refund minus the 25% deposit and any non-refundable third-party costs.
60 to 30 days before arrival
50% of the total trip cost is retained.
29 to 15 days before arrival
75% of the total trip cost is retained.
Fewer than 15 days before arrival
100% of the total trip cost is retained.
No-show
Considered a same-day cancellation — 100% retained.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical evacuation and personal belongings. We are happy to recommend providers used by our international guests.
