Refund policy
We understand plans change — especially for international travel. This policy explains when refunds apply and how they are processed.
Eligibility
Refunds are calculated based on the notice period you give us prior to your trip start date. See our cancellation policy for the schedule of applicable amounts.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — bank wire or card — within 10–15 business days of confirmation. International wire fees, where applicable, are deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-refundable items
Third-party bookings such as domestic flights, permits (Sundarbans, Hill Tracts), and pre-paid boutique lodges are refunded strictly to the vendor's own policy. We will always advocate on your behalf.
Force majeure
For events outside our control — natural disaster, political disruption, pandemic-related travel restrictions — we will first attempt to reschedule your journey with no penalty, and issue a travel credit valid for 24 months if that is not possible.
